Participatory & Community Dance in Gloucestershire
This short questionnaire is to help build a picture of who is working in dance for participation, community, performance and creative health & wellbeing in Gloucestershire. The form is for dance artists, practitioners, creators, producers, performers, students and graduates.

The responses will help identify possible next steps to help grow & develop a community of people passionate about dance for participation, community and creative health & wellbeing in Gloucestershire.
